We’re so excited to announce that we’re establishing another group very soon! We’ve been planning this one for a little while behind the scenes but it’s finally time to let our community know and start bringing our new big band to life.

July’s Winners Are Announced!
Yesterday, we completed the first draw of the brand new Bloom Lottery! We’ve had such an amazing response so far, which has meant that already, we are able to offer some pretty amazing cash prizes. A massive thank you to all those who’ve joined so far, and congratulations to this month’s winners; Emma, Keir & Janice!
A Wet But Wonderful Day At Rochdale’s Classic Car Show
On Sunday 20th July, a mixture of players from our A, B & C Bands performed at Rochdale’s Classic Car Show in Falinge Park. Sadly, the weather wasn’t kind and it rained for the majority of the day, but that didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits! We performed two sets around lunchtime and had a great time entertaining all the visitors and car enthusiasts.

It's time for another member interview and this week, we're chatting to one of Bloom's Community Choir members - Gemma! Gemma's been a part of our choir since we started as The Good Vibes Choir in 2023 and she’s an integral part of our soprano team. The Bloom Lottery Is Here!
This summer, the team at Bloom are so excited to be launching The Bloom Lottery! Fundraising is such a big part of our organisation and the lottery is a great opportunity for us to raise funds whilst also offering some amazing monthly cash prizes to our members and supporters!
Bloom’s First Whit Friday!
On Friday 13th June, members from our A, B & C Bands joined 109 other bands in Saddleworth to compete in the Whit Friday Band Contest. The event is a real highlight of our year, and our members were super excited to take to the road for the first time as Bloom Music Community!
A New Home For Our Brass Bands
At the start of January 2025, we embarked on finding a new rehearsal space for our brass bands. After weeks of searching, we finally find our new home - The Flying Horse in Rochdale!
