The Bloom Big Band was created in autumn of 2025 and since then has been building a repertoire of jazz, swing, funk, soul and big band classics. With a full big band set up featuring horns, rhythm section and vocalists, the group is more advanced and a good level of reading is required for our members. To complete our line up, we are currently recruiting for a tenor sax and keyboard player, but we’d be happy to hear from any instruments.
Crazy Little Thing Called Bloom!
This video is from our debut concert held in spring of 2025. It was a packed venue and we were so grateful to have so much support on our very first performance! This is recording of a swing version of the amazing Queen track, Crazy Little Thing Called Love which we love to perform.
