About Us
At Bloom Music Community CIC, we believe that music should be accessible to everyone.
Our aim is to open as many opportunities as possible; whether it be the chance to learn to play a musical instrument, sing in a choir, or just enjoy live music! Our name is inspired by what happens when you join our community and welcome music into your life - you bloom as an individual, grow in confidence, create new friendships, and achieve things you never thought were possible.
At Bloom, we have a range of different musical organisations, from brass bands and big bands to choirs. We also host various workshops and masterclasses with top musicians and artists. We are a hub for live music in our local area and we are proud to host exciting concerts and events for our wider community.
Since our official launch in September 2024, we now have over 115 members ranging from the age of 8 to 80+ who are all enjoying the many benefits of playing or singing as part of a community.

Just Starting Your Musical Journey?
If you’re a complete beginner and don’t have any musical experience, that’s no problem at all! If you’d like to try out an instrument or singing in one of our choirs, please get in touch to find out more about what opportunities we have available at Bloom. We have instruments available for hire and you can try out any of our sessions for free. Our team love working with complete beginners and we can’t wait to welcome you into our community!
