If you answered yes to any of these question, we’d love you to invite you to our Performance Anxiety Workshop Day with Tabby Kerwin. Tabby is an award-winning mindset coach and psychologist, best-selling author, Global TEDx Speaker, and an expert in her field!

The workshop day will run from 9am-12pm and 1-3pm, with an hour break for lunch. In this time you’ll:

  • Learn strategies to manage nerves and anxiety

  • Develop skills to protect your mental health

  • Enjoy workshops, breakouts and practical sessions

This workshop can help you to understand performance anxiety and discover ways to overcome it. The information and tools in this workshop can not only support you to deal with nerves, but with everyday stress and pressure as well. The workshop is suitable for all musicians.

Tickets are only available from our website and are £10 for Bloom members and £20 for non-Bloom members. A confirmation will be sent to you via email to confirm your booking. On the day of the event, all you need to do is say the name of the booking on the door, no ticket or email is required.
