The Bloom Community Choir (formerly The Good Vibes Choir) was set up in 2023, to allow as many people from Littleborough and the surrounding areas to enjoy all the benefits of singing and being part of a choir. No experience is necessary to join the choir, there are no auditions and you don’t need to be able to read music as everything is done by ear. Our sessions are led by Carla Jane; an award-winning vocalist and choir leader, who works in numerous schools across the north and directs choirs all over Europe. The rehearsals are relaxed, fun and engaging – we guarantee you’ll be smiling and laughing throughout your Tuesday evening! Supporting Petrus

In December 2024, the Bloom Community Choir supported an amazing event at Empire Rochdale. The event was to raise vital funds for Petrus; a charity with the aim of ending homelessness and creating safe places where everyone can flourish. Here’s one of our favourite songs to sing as a choir; You To Me Are Everything!

“I never had the confidence to sing but Carla Jane and this wonderful choir have given me the courage to do it! Great camaraderie, amazing songs and plenty of fun every week.”

Janice (soprano)

“Being a part of The Bloom Community Choir is amazing - it’s like a little family of all ages, from all walks of life. We have a laugh every week and my confidence has come on loads. Carla is a brilliant, professional teacher who puts us all at ease, and working towards each performance is great fun.”

Becky (alto)

“If you want to be inspired, uplifted and enthused by song, then join The Bloom Community Choir.”

Kate (alto)
